Your First Appointment
During your initial visit, we will need to get to know you and your health history better. So please come prepared with background information on your dental health, medical history, medications, etc. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment if you have any forms to complete. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment or are delayed, please call as soon as possible. Your first appointment may take longer than your routine checkups, but we promised to make it enjoyable, comfortable and a Leone experience.
