Although we are generally a fee for service practice, we are now accepting most dental plans, as well as other popular forms of payment. We will work with you to give you the best service, financing, and payment options.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Our offices require NO less than 48-hour notice prior to cancellation.
If an appointment is missed/broken without 48-hour notice, then
your account may be charged a missed/broken appointment charge
for the amount of time scheduled and special order materials.

Extended Appointment Reservation Policy

Our offices may require a non-refundable deposit for lengthy Appointment slots greater than 1-hour according to the procedure & time reserved. Additionally, we may require a separate deposit for perishable biomedical materials that need to be ordered prior to your scheduled treatment and have a time/temperature sensitive expiration.
